Tribe Hype Return & Exchange Policy
At Tribe Hype, your satisfaction is our priority. We follow UAE consumer protection laws and make returns as smooth as possible because we get it, sometimes things just don’t vibe.
Return Eligibility

Defective or incorrect items: If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, you're eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Change of mind: As per UAE law, we’re not required to accept returns for change of mind, but we’re happy to review on a case-by-case basis.
Return Conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Refunds

Refunds are processed via your original payment method using Ziina. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank.

Original transaction fees are non-refundable as per Ziina policy.

Refunds require a sufficient wallet balance from our end, which may slightly delay processing in some cases.
Exchanges

If the fit or color doesn’t feel right, we’re happy to exchange it for another size or product (subject to availability).
Payment Notes

Payments made via Ziina may appear under Ziina’s name on your bank statement.
