At Tribe Hype, we’re committed to delivering your orders quickly and reliably across the UAE. Our logistics partner, Quiqup, ensures a seamless delivery experience.

1. Delivery Timeframe

• Next-Day Delivery (UAE): All orders placed before 5:00 PM UAE time are eligible for next-day delivery (excluding public holidays and weekends).

2. Delivery Charges

• Free delivery across the UAE on orders above AED 100.

• For orders below AED 100, a flat shipping fee of AED 22 applies.

3. Delivery Partner

We use Quiqup for all UAE deliveries. Their network supports real-time tracking, verified delivery, and efficient handling of fashion items. In accordance with Quiqup’s delivery standards:

• A maximum of two delivery attempts will be made.

• If the customer is unreachable, the item will be returned to us and redelivery may incur extra fees.

4. Delivery Areas

We deliver across all seven Emirates of the UAE. If your location is considered a remote area by our courier, additional delivery time may apply.

We aim to meet promised timelines, but delivery may be delayed due to weather, public holidays, or unforeseen logistical issues. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events.
